Landlord Liaison is a property maintenance management platform designed and built by Mistla on behalf of Axyon. The platform connects estate agents, landlords and vetted tradespeople across the UK — replacing the fragmented, phone-round process of finding contractors with a single managed portal for job submission, quote management, booking and payment. Tradespeople can opt into platform-provided liability cover, and all parties manage workflows through role-based dashboards. Backed by Axyon and built on a serverless Supabase and React stack, the platform launched in early 2026 and is actively onboarding users.
